The Trumpster has tools in his tool-kit that could force China to reconsider it’s hard-nosed stance on trade. Several news agencies ( Bloomberg, Reuters, and CNBC) are reporting that he’s considering de-listing Chinese companies from American stock exchanges. Shares of many Chinese companies trading on U.S. exchanges fell sharply on Friday. Alibaba fell by 5.3 percent. Baidu shares fell 3.8 percent

Bloomberg reported that the administration is also considering a ban on U.S. pensions from investing in Chinese stocks.

Unnamed sources told CNBC’s Eamon Javers that the White House could go as far as banning all U.S. financial investments in China.

Mess with the bull and you get the horns

A great speech by a great man in front of the UN today. If you missed it, I urge you to pull it up and see exactly what an American President should sound like. His words today define exactly what will be known as ‘The Trump Doctrine’.

Citizens of those nations in Europe are just now figuring out how entirely hosed they are. Once the ratio of ‘guest’ to native advances they’ll find themselves slaves to these invaders. They are like the frog in a pot of cool water, and now the water is starting to heat.

The governing elites within the European Union and United Nations are pushing hard for socialism and a ‘new world order’. Future generations will wonder (but not wonder aloud) how it was possible to turn a once proud people into a grovelling mass of subservient cowards. They should have stopped it when they had the chance….they should have had a Donald of their own.

We don’t hear much about ‘The Big One’ any more. It’s been a hundred years since WW1 and when American bravery halted the march of tyranny. Above, some of America’s cherished warriors; the Harlem Hellfighters in 1919 as they returned from the European campaign.

When the 2016 campaign was running hot, I cannot count the number of times that I thought that Trump had committed an ‘unrecoverable’ error. Between his brash talk, unapologetic hammering of opponents, news of his outlandish behavior, and the stretching of truth beyond believable limits, I thought sure he was done for at least once a week. The deplorables (I proudly associate myself with this term) shrugged it off and we’ve put an alpha male in the most important position in the world.

I guess it’s a good time to rewind a few tapes in our lives and remember some of the more outlandish moments of last election cycle. One of those is below.

Regardless of whether you like her or not (I fall into the latter group), you’ve got to admit that she has her head screwed on straight in this response. She gets it: Trump won because he was looking out for the forgotten American.

It’s a terrible thing that Lincoln did to the country. When he assumed office we were independent states that had voluntarily banded together for our common good. We were ‘These United States”. After the war we became ‘The United States’. At that point the identity of our nation ended. The dreams of our founders perished at the hands of the first activist president.

It’s hard not to see the irony in his statement. How about that confederacy of states that tried to throw off the yoke of an overreaching federal government? Were their citizens not entitled freedom? Entitled to self-determination?

Don’t feed me that holier than thou we had to preserve the union crap, once you initiated a war with half of the country it was no longer a union. Slavery? It would have died on it’s own moral weight in a few short years.

Lincoln, the man that destroyed these United States.

I really take no joy in seeing someone lose their job. In this case, however, he thought the job was about promoting himself and not serving the nation. If you can’t get along, you might as well get gone.

What the left offers:
–Gun confiscation
–New green deal socialism
–Open borders
–Government run healthcare
–Banning damn near everything
–Restricting free speech
–Massive tax increases

The RINO’s are exactly the same (saving they fly a different flag).

What we want is something these despots not only cannot offer, but something they seek to destroy: Liberty. We are not asking for it, we will not beg; it’s ours and no matter who wins an election or who rules, Liberty is ours.

There were/are a lot of people lining their own pockets with cash from China, many of them traitors within our own government. Trump’s clamp-down on these communists are impacting the bottom line of the deep state cabal. More fighting to do, but at least we know how to fight against the evil that arises within.

It seems to me that China has always played on the fears of other nations. They’ve postured themselves as powerful and dominating and the world has viewed them as unrelenting in their pursuit of national objectives. That well crafted image may be nothing more than that, an image; we are about to find out.

By demonstrating the willingness to take them to the mat, Trump has shown them that America will not play by the rules that they’ve crafted. We will exercise power across the spectrum (military, markets, capital, society, political, etc) to ensure that their long game will be ineffective. The tactic of waiting out this President, that he is a temporary setback, will fail for two reasons: Trump’s willingness to apply pressure so quickly and forcefully and their realization that he may not go away two years hence.

They are now faced with the prospect that their economy may be so damaged that social upheaval may be unavoidable. And that folks, ancillary to the economics, is what worries these Communists the most.
