Roughly a year ago Barky and Mike Obama penned a deal to produce films with Netflix. As promised, this is the first ‘diverse’ content to roll out of that alliance.
The Obamas have established Higher Ground Productions as the entity under which they will produce crap for Netflix. Barky says: “One of the simple joys of our time in public service was getting to meet so many fascinating people from all walks of life, and to help them transition push brainwash share their experiences with a wider audience,” That’s why Mike and I are so excited – we hope to groom cultivate and prostitute curate the talented, inspiring, creative voices who are able to promote greater empathy and understanding between peoples, and help them share their stories with the entire world.”
