  1. So very sorry for your pain – imagine the person with no legs and in a wheelchair having to find a space that would allow him to get out of the vehicle, let alone far far away from the HCP spaces.

    IMO, those spaces are for people who have challenges with their MOBILITY, not what their mental state is. Also, these handicap parking tags should have yearly tests to see if a person transported truly is handicapped. I see far too many HCP parking permits with teenagers getting out and walking to the entrance.

    1. You and I agree; those reserved spots are for those folk that are physically challenged. What struck me as odd was the sense of entitlement that the poster had. He felt that he was somehow a more worthy than others in society because of his broken brain….broken brains, it seems, are far more common now than just a few short years ago.
